Horrible service

I have a horrible experience, I ordered on the 28th of April and paid customs on the 30th. And since them my status has been stuck on “Clearance start”. I called them multiple times and they tell me they have no power over government procedures. This makes me angry because I never had this issue with Bufallo logistics. I wish shein could give us an option to choose our own logistics company because Imile is nonsense. Today is the 15th and I have never waiting for this long. It would be better it they communicated atleast.
