HORRIBLE , PATHETIC , NO PRIDE , LAZY LOGISTICS COMPANY!

iMile has lost their Pride in South Africa! I get told my parcel is out for delivery, waited the whole day, nothing! The next day, again, same story.... But this time at 08:53 in the morning i get a notification that the driver ran out of time.... What?!

2 days ive been waiting, they dont call you, you have to call them, and then get the same stupid excuses...

PATHETIC SERVICE!

NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3DAYS TO MAYBE GET MY PARCEL!
