HORRIBLE LOGISTICS COMPANY!!!!!

I don't understand how this company is still operating in South Africa. I paid for my order on Shein on the 31st October and paid VAT ON 5 November. It is now the 15th of November and I still haven't heard anything about my package. They have not updated the tracking system and are not communicating at all. I'm starting to think we got ****med.
