Horrible experience with no response via email or possibility to reach a customer care agent via phone call. My order has been stuck in Johannesburg after Customs has been paid for weeks. No hope of resolution. Will never use any companies affiliated with Imile again. It should not be this difficult to get a response on a query for such a large company.
