Horrible delivery service

I have paid customs to them twice already and I still get the link that I haven’t paid for my customs and my order is now stuck in JHB and hasn’t been delivered.. When I sent them almost 5 emails addressing the problem with proof of payments and I keep calling their call centre and they don’t answer the call.. I need my order and they not answering at all
