Horrible company

I placed my order on the 21st of March now when I track my order it says my order will be delayed by few days. How is it my problem?? I paid customs and everything included why are they lacking resources?? We want our order delivered next excuses and delays they should have made sure they are always performing, what will happen to our orders should anything happen or they get lost I will sue both shein for being irresponsible and imile logistics.
