Horrible client services

I am so disappointed in the drivers from iMile. I work in a office park and my office is blocks away from the entrance. I ordered stuff from Shein and they sent me a delivery notification less than an hour before delivery and when they finally I told them I am coming they barely waited for me to walk up the entrance gate and they were gone...I tried calling several times and the drivers ignored my calls and finally picked up to tell me they were waiting for 10min . I adviced them that I wasn't available the next day and my parcel was urgent. I asked them to return back for delivery they did the same thing again and left in my sight

How frustrating and how poor was the service and communication. I don't know how to notify Shein to not assign me this unprofessional and poor servicing logistics company. The drivers need to get more training on Customer service. Bored!
