High Import Duties & Taxes, No Customer Support

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Shein has previously used Buffalo Logistics for orders and I never had a problem. Duties and taxes were reasonable, order always arrived quickly. I don't know where iMile came from, but my latest order is being handled by them. Duties and Taxes were about 40% of the order cost, which is absolutely ******ion. There's no way it's supposed to cost that much. Trying to get in touch with someone for help is absolutely pointless. When I track my package, it says it's missing and needs location confirmation. When I try to update my location, it says, "The current region does not support this operation,please change to other region". I don't trust any of this, and won't be ordering from Shein again.
