Great timeous delivery and Excellent Communication with customers.

I have been getting parcels from Shein through Imile Logistics and so far I have nothing but good words. My recent order was placed on the 26th of March and received it on the 4th of April around 9pm. It took 9 days despite that there were Easter holidays that took away 4 days of work and resulted in a backlog. To make up for this I received my parcel around 9pm. This company understands what customer service means, they go out of their way to please their customers and their communication is amazing. I had left work (which is my registered delivery address) regardless the driver was very nice and drove down to where I stay to deliver my package. I wish other courier services could learn a thing or two from this company. Keep up the good work Imile, hoping for the same type of service in the near future.
