Frustrating service

They delivered my parcel swiftly last time. However, this time around I kept on seeing “payment link had been triggered”. I waited for a day and went to the iMile website through the SHEIN app and paid, the money was taken from my bank account but I’m still being told that my SHEIN Order is on hold due to unpaid International parcel Import taxes payment and that I should pay tax within 10 days or the package will be returned.

I’ve emailed them, I got a response and the response was still commanding me to pay. It seems like the agent didn’t even read my email. I sent SHEIN a DM on Instagram, they said I should wait for 7 days and they try to fix this. 7 days is a lot considering the fact that iMile is giving me 10 days or my parcel will be returned.
