I have ordered from Shein on the 29 December 2024 . Paid for parcel and taxes Still waiting for my parcel The new one you must pay additional fees forWe would like to

inform you that your Shein order has been stopped by customs for verification. The supplier has declared this shipment to be put on our low value manifest, and as

we have submitted customs has randomly stopped your parcel. If the actual value of your order is less than ZAR 500, we can proceed with customs clearance to obtain the release, the following documents would be required from you:

Shein order confirmation ( Please insure all items as visible with the total amount at the bottom where it includes the shipping and discount if any ) Proof of payment to supplier (a bank statement showing the marked transaction or a bank confirmation letter of the transaction made to Shien) If your order exceeds ZAR 500, please be aware that customs may impose penalties due to incorrect information declared by the supplier to South African customs. Additional VAT, duties, and clearance fees will apply. Should you wish to proceed with paying additional cost kindly forward the requested documents as mentioned above.

Penalty amounts are as follows:

Goods valued from R500 to R1500: penalty of R500

Goods valued from R1500 to R3000: penalty of R750

Goods valued from R3000 to R5000: penalty of R1000
