Failed to schedule due to [NoAnswer]

Same as other users I get the following explanation for delays "Failed to schedule due to [NoAnswer]" Yet on the dates given I have no missed calls, I even called them to confirm my contact details, but again it states "Failed to schedule due to [NoAnswer]". My belief here is they are using this as a delay tactic as they are overwhelmed and cannot handle the workload. The funny thing is, of the 6 packages to be delivered, I have 3 already. AliExpress, time to swap couriers, you will lose business.
