Extremely Unprofessional and POPI Act Violation

Very disappointing experience with one of your drivers. When he requested a picture of me holding my ID, I expressed discomfort and offered to send a picture of myself holding the parcel instead. Instead of respecting my privacy, he rudely told me to leave it and claimed he would use his girlfriend's picture instead.

To make matters worse, he then sent me a picture of another client’s ID to "prove a point"—a blatant violation of the POPI Act and a serious breach of trust and confidentiality. This is exactly why I was not comfortable sharing my ID image in the first place.

The driver was rude, unprofessional, and clearly has no understanding or respect for customer privacy or legal compliance. I hope serious action is taken, as this kind of behavior is unacceptable and damages your company’s reputation.
