Extremely rude driver with no customer service etiquette.

I am in disbelief, extremely rude and no customer service etiquette from delivery drivers.

Hopelessly failed delivery to Fynbos Estate in Sandown, Cape Town.

We live in a gated estate with a concierge service for deliveries. We communicated with the delivery service provider to deliver to concierge. This time around, nothing different, we’ve left specific instructions on what to do.

Needless to say, I then phoned the delivery person (Chad) asking when our parcel will be delivered after my wife again communicated specific instructions on what to do when they arrive at the Estate. I then muttered that they were useless as they could not follow an instruction and their communication is very poor. The driver then continued to tell me, **** You, you’re useless and ended the call.
