Extremely Disappointing Service from IMile Logistics

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by IMile Logistics. I have been trying to contact someone from your company for the past two weeks without any success—there is absolutely no customer service to speak of.

I placed an order over a month ago, paid the required tax three weeks ago, and yet I am still waiting for my package to be delivered. This level of delay and lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

IMile Logistics has failed to provide even the most basic updates or assistance, leaving me frustrated and regretting my choice to rely on your company. I expect a prompt response and immediate action to resolve this issue.

Please improve your service and respect your customers' time and trust.
