Expired Duty fee link

Their service is absolutely frustrating, I was sent a link thats expired for my SHEIN order, the parcel is in JHB and cannot be dispatched to DBN as it's on hold, and couldn't pay the required Duty fees through the link, I keep getting harassed with WhatsApp messages saying I need to pay even after finding an alternative way to have this paid, furthermore their call centres aren't even picking up, how am I supposed to clear this out without any help or a regenerated link???
