Exorbitant customs

I wouldn’t recommend Imile to anyone for one, it’s expensive. My order was R1721, only for my customs to be R911.06 which is 50% more of my order. I’ve been writing emails with no response from any of them, their chatbot on WhatsApp is useless. Very unprofessional and *********.
