Emile logistics

I'm not happy with Emile logistics because I had ordered my clothing items and on their app and on the shein app it says my clothes I have received them. I have been trying to be in contact with them and no response from them. Amd I had not received a call what's so ever from them or any email that says they coming for delivery Iv been a big fan of shein iv been buying clothes but I have gotten fo a point of no longer buying from them because of the situation encountered with them I'm not happy I'm heart broken to think this was my last money and I only baught these items for my birthday anyone who's looking to buy clothes from shein I advise not too because I even checked the views on tik tok people are not happy including myself I would like to have my items that's all
