Drunk unprofessional driver

The driver who supposed to deliver my parcel yesterday was late came to deliver at 21:05 smelled strongly of alcohol.I greeted and asked about the operators he said I am accusing him of being drunk threw my license to my face and sped away. I am highly disappointed in his unprofessional conduct. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Today he called at 4 and called in 2 minutes he was gone and when I requested to change my address he said he doesn’t work at the area, I asked for a solution he then called and said I won’t get my parcel again I’ll wait for Monday.
