Driver misconduct

Had a very bad experience lately with ths company's driver. He sent me a WhatsApp message to send my live location of which I did on Friday the 20th and after an hour I had to contact him because the live has expired and he was quite, I called asking about my order he told me he already passed there and he Is late he will deliver tomorrow. I was very surprised and asked him how can u pass here with my order and tell me you are late and the location he was at its after my place yoooh he became rude and dropped my call. I then contacted him and he ignored my call, sent him a message asking for his details and still he ignored my calls. Now they claim that my shein order was returned to their company because I did not answer my calls and there is no one at the given address. My order is not delivered to date the 22nd I am watching it on the app going up down and was never contacted. Mxm their service really sucks and their drivers are very rude.
