Double tax while i haven't received anything

So on 2nd sept 2024 i ordered at shein . Imile logistics have send me the tax invoice of 445.80r it was on Wednesday. On the 5th sept 2024Thursday night i paid their tax of 445.80r after few days they emailed me that i must the tax or the package will be damaged or returned . Okay i paid again on the 12sept 2024 after some failed emails I've sent to them that i won't pay again . Still nothing has changed . I haven't received my clothes . Pleas e assit me .
