Double charged for customs

Ive placed an order on the 28th of august and on the 4th of September I received a WhatsApp text from imile logistics to pay for customs and I did , now they keep on sending links and texts that I did not pay and I have proof that I have paid And when we send emails they are not answered when we call they do not pick up I’m not going to pay for again
