Don't know what to do

One of the worst courier companies ever. I placed a order over 6 weeks ago on shein and to date I still have not received my parcel. I was told it was out for delivery on the 27th December, then told it had been sent back to jhb from kzn bcs the driver ran out of time. On the 7th it was back in kzn pinetown. You can't get hold of them via phone, email or WhatsApp. I have tried everything as this is stuff for my daughters wedding and they just have a dont care attitude. So now I have no order that cost me alot of money. Will not buy from shein if the continue using these people as I have had problems with them before.
