Don’t go with Imile

Very disappointed in their customer service. I had a package that needed to be returned, been waiting for 3 weeks to arrange a suitable date. They message randomly and expect collection on that day without prior warning, making availability difficult. On confirmed dates, they don’t show up and when asked they say they are not operating on that day regardless of collection being confirmed
