Do not Use IMILE EVER!!!!

Where do I start!!! My wife ordered from Shein, and for the first time they recomencded IMILE Logistics.

We ordered on the 05/11, 2 weeks went by and they sent me a whatsapp with a tracking link. I opened the link to pay the customs which I did. After that another link for tracking purposes (here's the first issue). On the tracking site it states that you need to feedback your location for faster delivery, well my address cannot be feedbacked as "the region that you are currently in does not currently work please select another region" so I started contacting them worrying that it might never come. Called the numbers provided and all I get is "due to a temporary error" I called the other numbers on the website and got the same. I sent Shein customer service a message stating this and they told me to mark my order as Ugrent. Today it's nearly a month, having paid R1544.26 for customs and receiving no updates or calls whatsover from this IMILE company. I really am dissapointed as the clothes that my wife got where for my daughters christening so we had to reschedule that for next year because of this!!
