DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN OR USE THIS COURIER COMPANY.

This must be the worst delivery company I have ever delt with. I ordered from Shein and recieved my package. The driver took a whole week extra to deliver my parcel, when I did recieve it, I was so excited, as we all are for new stuff, I opend the package without inspecting my package, I packed out my items and noticed that there are items missing, upon closer inspection my package was cut open and taped shut again. To me it looks like they removed items. I contacted them the next day (16 Jan 2025) I also contacted Shein, they said they sent everything on the order, they cannot help me. Since then I have been following up non stop with Imile, I do not get one call from them, I have to keep calling. Now, we are in month 2 of waiting since they have been "investigating" my query. The driver never did what he was supposed to do, which is take pictures of the package. This issue is still not resolved after one of the customer consultant told me they have to reimburse me for the missing items. DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN OR USE THIS COURIER COMPANY.
