Dissatisfied customer, feeling ****med

I received a link to pay for my customs for my order in Shien. I proceed to make the payment using the link, payment was processed successfully, and debited from my account. How ever when I went back to the order tracking page, imile still wants the customs payment. I have shared several emails with the proof of payment, but their responses are just robot generated. I'm now begging for what I have paid for. Shien please change and move away from this logistics company. At this point they ate ****ming us.
