Disrespectful and unprofessional courier guy..

I received a msg for delivery and it was one of your guys, He arrived around 18:10pm & made my 24 year old daughter wait 10 minutes at the gate without any communication on whats happening, whilst he was busy going through packages in his boot in silence not even acknowledging her waiting for him. She waited in silence assuming that maybe he was not in a good mood so she'll wait until he brings the package. He then proceeded to give her an attitude asking her to come to his car & take the package for herself, & asked that i better have my phone & ID ready. I then explain to him that the phone has a problem it dies when not in the charger but we will try bringing it out before it dies so he can confirm the message he sent 3 minutes before arrival. I go up the staircases & take not less than 5 minutes to come out the house with the ID+phone. As i was coming out the house to go down the stairs to them he starts mumbling about leaving because I'm not serious. He then rudely has a back & forth with us as we trying to give him the stuff & drives off, I have never been disrespected like this never, I felt so un safe..with the amount of anger he had,while he was the one that was late..we can wait for him and he couldn't..we'll he left with the package.
