Disgusting service from Imile Logistics.

This is the horrible service I have ever experienced in my life. My order has been on out for delivery since Monday, 6th and nothing is happening. No updates or at least estimation of when my order will be delivered. When I track my order, it says "Your parcel location is missing or uncertain" and I have been using this address for many years with other logistics. I tried calling them with no success, holding for more than an hour. I will never order at Shein till Imile Logistics is removed. The service is disgusting.
