Disgusting Service by Imile

I am utterly disappointed with this courier company. I got a WhatsApp message from them on Saturday morning saying that my parcel was out for delivery. Usually when I receive this message I always get my parcel on the same day so I stayed home and waited for my parcel but it did not arrive. I also got an email saying that if I dont receive the parcel in 24 hours I should contact them. It is now Monday, I have tried to call them on their customer care contact number over 10 times and on their WhatsApp line but there is no answer, it just rings and goes to voicemail. I have also written an email enquiring about the whereabouts of my parcel but there has been no reply. I am very disappointed at the customer service of this logistics company.
