Disgusting behaviour from drivers

Absolutely disgraceful attitude from drivers because he was in a hurry and I didn’t have my ID book in my hand ready for him. He called me a c@nt and told me to **** off because I said he was being rude and abrupt. He told me he was busy and didn’t have time to waste.
