Disappointing service

Tracking nr *** My parcel from Shein arrived in Johannesburg on 14th of February 2026. Since then no update on movement of parcel. I tried to reach Imile via WhatsApp, E-Mail, Customer Care to no avail. Very disappointed as this is the first time I had an issue with orders from Shein.
