Delivery over charged

I'm so disappointed that how can a courrier company charge me so much. I ordered a Shein purchase of R2 927 on Thursday 24/10/2024 and on 27/10/2024 imile delivery sent me a WhatsApp that I need to pay R1 182 for my delivery imagine so much I'm even mad at myself for making this purchase in the first place.
