Delivery not completed

My husband has ordered a tablet for our son from Shein and delivery is supposed to be completed by Imile since July. We have been waiting till this day nothing was delivered. We keep receiving calls to say that we have to pay R2500 which is clearly a **** because customs have been paid for. Imile keeps sending different links to us with no success because all of them are a dead end. The tracking number is ***. This is just absurd to have to wait for items this long.
