Delivery delays and poor communication/feedback

I'm utterly disappointed with the service I've received from iMile. I ordered a package from SHEIN on the 28th of April and paid the customs on the 6 of May. My parcel has been with them on the last location since the 8th of May , and it's now Sunday,1st of June and I still haven't received it. Despite sending multiple emails, I've only received automated, copy-pasted responses without any meaningful action or updates

I want my package!!!
