Delivery being delayed many times.

I order a few things on shein on the 27th of june and paid my customs on the 14th of july. My order kept on being delayed. I hae been waiting for my order for the longest time and I tried to ask why us order taking long to be delivered to me , I got an email saying I will get a refund and the refund will take up to 7-20 days to reflect in my account. I am so disappointed with this logistics company. And I'm not the only one complaining about this company everyone on tiktok, Facebook is complaining, I am not happy at all the their services. I believe Buffalo International Logistics is the best.
