Delayed package

I placed an order on shein on 4th November and was allocated Imile for courier I long paid my c ustoms but I'm yet to receive my package they keep on saying flight delayed at first it was delayed for 3-5 days then said 5-7 days then before 23rd and the before 28th but still no update no nothing
