Delay in Logistics- Shein Order

Im not sure what happening with Imile South Africa, I have received few parcels from them before with no issues. This time around its horrific I ordered from Shein on 17 July 2024, paid the imports duties 21 July and the goods were shipped 31 July 2024. I have sent several emails with no responses the call center number just rings with no response. I need help regarding this where exactly to contact Imile, their service is very bad.
