Customs refund

If i could give Imile logistics a zero rating i would. I have been following up on a refund on customs fees i have made to the company since May 2025 and they just stopped responding to my emails. I have sent them proof that Shein cancelled my order on my behalf for whatever reasons. Shein refunded me for my goods but IMile Never got back to me about my refund
