Customs is the amount of the Purchase 😡😡

The customs😡😡😡 Shein needs to give us options on which logistics to choose. This is the first time I received my order with imile logistics. It does not give you step by step information on your package. The chat box is useless. Then customs is sent on WhatsApp. I was shocked. I had purchased for R 1500 and my customs was R 800 whats the use of even buying on Shein then if the customs is the same amout as the purchase. I've never had an issue with buffalo logistics and customs was reasonable. But this is ridiculous😡.
