Customs deducted twice yet they still said I did not pay

Received a link to pay for customs. I paid and the link said payment failure and put my banking details again and it’s still said failure. However they have deducted the customs paid twice from my bank account. I am still receiving sms’s from them that I haven’t paid my customs though they have debited my account twice. When I tried calling number of the invoice doesn’t get answered and on the website doesn’t go through. They are a ****ty company and buffalo has always been the best I don’t understand why Shein is using this company now.
