Their drivers never call they don't update clients. Shein must stop using this horrible courier. Their service is poor, you can't even reach them they don't even care about customers and their drivers lie about vehicle breakdown.

I have never experienced such with buffalo they were the best. Shein better let us choose which courier we want to use because this one is not it at all. I regret even buying anything from Shein because of how horrible the service I have received. They won't even pick up calls at their useless customer service.
