Complaint to IMile logistics

My parcel from Shein was suppose to be delivered yesterday, now I'm getting emails from Shein that my parcel failed to be delivered and it will be returned to China. I haven't received any information from this company about my parcel being delivered. It's not my first time buying FROM Shein but this is the first disgusting service I get from this IMile logistics company. I am not pleased at all, kindly assist.
