Complaint about iMile Logistics Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service from iMile Logistics. My SHEIN package arrived late, and when it was finally delivered, one item was missing from the parcel. SHEIN advised me to contact the courier for investigation, but iMile has not responded to any of my messages. This is unacceptable. I request an immediate investigation and proof of packing for my shipment.
