Complaining

Very disappointed with this logistics company it’s been over three weeks waiting for my delivery and my tracking status doesn’t move at all ever since I paid customs fee they have been quite, what bores me the most is that my phone was flooded with messages saying I must pay customs my order has arrived after I paid customs duty they disappeared like that, they don’t answer call or respond to emails nothing.
