Beyond impressed

The reviews scared me so much - but I genuinely could not be more impressed.

I ordered on Sunday evening the 18th of August. I waited very long to order (which was completely my fault) and had my flight booked for Friday the 30th of August which did not give me much time at all due to the 10-13 working days estimated delivery and I would be lucky if it arrived the same as as what my flight was booked for. I had no hope it would arrive on time.

On Thursday the 22nd the Customs and tax link came through and I made the payment within the next hour with no issues. I hit a little panic moment when the flight did not depart when the notification had indicated. However, the following day the flight arrived and it got through customs in under an hour and order was dispatched later that same day.

I was not sure how long it would take from JHB to Stellenbosch but hoped by some miracle it would arrive within the next week.

My order was delivered this morning, Monday the 26th of August at 9:30 which makes it LESS than 6 working days since I had ordered.

I am genuinely so surprised and impressed by the service that I received from SHEIN, Imile and the courier guy (who had made the delivery).

It is quite evident from the reviews that some people had received appalling service (which is likely no fault of their own) - but my advice would be to make your tax payment as soon as you can and to just remain positive. I literally have not one bad thing to say about the service and in fact it was much better than I ever expected.
