Bad tracking

Worst tracking ever. When you write an email they do not respond nor do they answer your call. I orderd a couple things of shein and they do have my address but then they ask to reconfirm it but then you do but then it says not supported by regeion. I do prefer Buffalo and even Aramax over this **** company
