Bad service from imile worse delivery Campany

I have never had bad service about Imile i ordered from shein on the 12/04/25 and bybthe 15th April received an sma from imile saying must pay cuatom whicjbinpaid on the 25th April everything went well now i received an sms on the 30th April saying within 48 hours will receive my parcel unfortunately on the 1st of May was the holiday now received the WhatsApp sayimg my parcel got ****** and asknfor refund said will get after 14 days what I wanna know will i get the refund since I've seen so many bad complaints about imile so stressed out Jesus
