bad service delivery

the delivery called and i requested to drop it off my place since is still early I'm nt at work yet is on the way, you pass my flat before work. agreed however passed my street and stop on the next street far from my flat and said i must come get it were she was, I told her is far i cant mind you is raining on top of that. she was like is fine she will reschedule the delivery later on after she's done with other delivery. it was Thursday when i was given empty words moving around with my id as she said it will be needed, however till date i haven't received my orders. I'm so disappointed cos some item were needed urgently hence urgent delivery was requested however you'll get delay looking at the tracking out on delivery, back on the hub and son on, reason have no idea why. service bad
