Bad service

I received a call from their driver on the 19th of march, he kept quiet then dropped, mind it was going to be a ling weekend, till today I have not received my parcel, I am calling their calcenter everyday, no one is willing to assist, I must wait for that same driver to finish western cape before he can deliver my parcrel, they wont ask a driver thatbis arround, they are soo expensive yet service is poor . They must flag my ID not to accept my parcels ever again. Calls are being dropped at my ears at the call cebter because no ome wants to be accountable. I must just wait without a time frame . I am not allowes to pick my own parcel at their warehouse as they have failed to deliver
